In this experiment, I had learn that the activity of enzyme is depending on its surrounding. For example pH. Enzyme activity increase when optimum pH was obtained. After that, same goes with temperature and substrate concentration. This experiment required all the understanding in this topic, after that only we can understand how to make graphs and analyze the data.

Berdasarkan eksperimen enzim ini, saya dapat mengetahui kesan-kesan kepada enzim apabila kepekatan substrate, suhu dan pH berubah. Semua faktor itu memberi kesan kepada enzim. Walaupun eksperimen ini agak rumit tetapi ia memberi gambaran yang jelas tentang keadaan enzim yang berubah apabila kepekatan substrate,suhu dan pH. Saya juga mampu membuat graf untuk mencari nilai Vmax dan Km dan ini juga adalah sebagai latihan untuk saya. Saya berharap melalui eksperimen ini, saya dapat menambahkan kemahiran dalam membuat graf selain dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memberi kesan kepada aktiviti enzim.

From this experiment, my best experience is I know that the activity of
enzyme is affected by its environmental conditions. For example substrate
concentrations, pH value, temperature and so on. During carry out this
experiment, not many problem occurred because even though this experiment have
many task but we all had divided all the task among us so the experiment was
going smoothly. After the data was collected, all of us need to make a graph
and inverse it. From the graph, I know how to find the Km and Vmax
and also get a lot of information from it. This experiment is very hard to
understand, I need to understand how to read the data from standard curve then
transfer all of the data to the very factor that affected the activity of
enzyme. It take a long time to finish it. At the end, I success to finish all
the data analysis. Thanks to all that had help me to finish
all this task in this experiment.
